How do you remember to do something? Do you write it down on a post-it note? Perhaps you set a reminder on your cell phone? Whichever way you choose, I’m sure you have a system or way about remembering to do things that are important for you to get done.
Let me introduce Inspire Moment #43, Need a Reminder. We set reminders on our phone for a Yoga class we want to take. We set reminders on our calendar for vacation time. We set reminders on a post-it note for things we need at the grocery store. My question for all of you is this…when do you set a reminder to have more time to re-connect with who you are? When do you make time to balance? How do you remember to have balance in your life AND do you ever write that down? I’m thinking probably not!
Today I have an answer for you and I’m excited to share. I recently had green wristbands made for my coaching/speaking business. They say the word “BALANCE” on them as well as my website address in csae you need my help. Green is my favorite color and it happens to be the color of balance. The point in having them made was to be a reminder for me, as well as my clients and all the people on this planet who need a reminder to have BALANCE in every moment of their life.
