Inspire Moment #118: Piece of Glass

Last night I removed a tiny piece of glass from the side my face from a car accident I was a victim of 13 years ago! I may not be as sharp as I used to be, but I’m still bringing hope into your life. Remember to keep your head up today! When it’s time for it to happen, it will. Sometimes it takes a very long time for something deep down below to come to the surface in your life, but when it’s your time you will know! Stay positive!

Inspire Moment #102: Take Out the Garbage

It can overflow, become heavy, and it can even get a little smelly.  I’m talking about garbage, but specifically to the kind that can build up in your MIND.  Welcome to Inspire Moment #102 “Take Out the Garbage.”

Schedule some time ASAP to throw out, release, and burn that negative self- talk, those garbage thoughts that creep up and get old and smelly in your head.   You know the ones I’m talking about, the ones that nag you and keep you from getting to where you want to go.  Often times we don’t even realize that it’s garbage, because it becomes our routine thought pattern.  Coach Angie is here to inspire you to take it out TODAY!  If it’s keeping you from moving forward and evolving in any way, if the thoughts are not positive in any way, if you are feeling held back in any way, have you feeling stuck in the same routine in any way, or sinking in quicksand in any way, IT IS GARBAGE and it’s time to take it out.

I have several coaching strategies on how to, but the key step for me to share and encourage you with is to set a deadline as to WHEN you will take care of your trash.  Set a deadline.  Sure, you can keep it there for another couple weeks but it’s only going to get worse.  I will type it again…set a deadline to release, throw out, and get rid of the trash.  The first step might be the hardest, but the second step will be less smelly.  It’s time to take the trash out!
